Grease Monkey
Now I know where the term grease monkey comes from. Gary taught me how to pack wheel bearings and it involves a lot of goey grease. Here's the inside of my wheels. It looks like this trailer had brakes at one point. I don't think it needs to have the kind of brakes my horse trailer used to have but we're going to hook up break-away brakes so if Dottie decides to freelance she'll get stopped in her tracks.
Here's Dotties new "shoes." Freshly powder coated wheels and new tires. Now on a search for hubcabs of the right vintage.
Other details including trim under bunk and plastic strip in the rock guard holder.
Heater in and gas line hooked up.
Today I'm going on a search for parts we need and I'm going to buy curtain rods. That makes me smile because it's getting closer to accessorizing.
