I didn't hear anything in the news about a ruckus in Konoha, so I'm guessing the visitors were all there without ill intention.

Because Halloween only comes once a year. But if you want, you can come trick or treat at Konan and my apartment. I have a bunch of candy I'm not going to eat. You can even stay for ramen, if you want.
