My TV Premiere!
Last night was so incredible. My bff's husband is the videographer for a new TV show called High Rise, which will be on Comcast On-Demand Channel 1 in Atlanta and on the website worldwide (www.highrisetheseries.com). He called me Wednesday afternoon and said he needed a few girls to dress sexy and be in a scene they were shooting Friday night. Of course I said yes, and called my friend Mandolynne to join us. So my bff, Mandolynne, and I were special extras- we were the "Fun Girls." Basically, we were the uninvited guests at the condo party- drunk hubby picked us up at a club or something and crashed the party with us. So for the 5-minute episode and two or three scenes we were in, we were there 6 PM to 4 AM. Totally worth it. We had "lunch" at midnight, and munched on M&M's the whole time to keep our eyes open. The guy playing the husband (his name is Rob) was so funny! He kept cracking us up, on and off camera. It was so hard to keep from letting out real laughs during shooting. The director was fun too- a kilt wearing flirt. Pretty much the whole group was great.
I can't wait to see how it turned out! Of course it'll be a while; the series doesn't start until March 31st, and I'll be in Episode 9. Soooo excited.
