Ahoy, me hearties! This be yer old mate Captain Redbeard, and today be Talk Like A Pirate day.
So that ye might be better prepared, I've spied around for the handsomest pirate vocabulary list I could find. Here ye be:

Later tonight, me and my mate'll be swigging the grog. Grog is an old drink for sailors of all colors, usually about 4 parts water to 1 part rum. That sounds a bit weak to me, I'm sure mine'll be stronger. It's acceptable to add juice of a citrus fruit to ward off scurvy. Some pirates threw nutmeg in there, and I saw a few culinary websites suggesting cinnamon. They also suggested confectionary sugar and boiling the water first, but those don't seem very piratey. I might boil the water, not sure yet.
