night skies...
i saw a couple of spectacular things up in the night sky as i was driving back home at 1am. the first thing i saw was an explosion in the sky. it almost looked like lightning, but it was a vibrant blue. i was on the 105N and the huge light caught my attention. it was quick...wasn't sure what it was. the second thing i saw tonight was the beautiful half moon. it was huge and a dimmed orange color. it looked so surreal...i'm glad i caught a glimpse of it right before it fell behind the horizon on the west side.
so i had a nice night. hung out with jade and sam. long conversations are the best. can't wait to hang out with them again. we ate at home town buffet and then continued our conversation at star bucks across the street.
at work today, i came across yet another person who recognized me. DAMN! 3 ppl now this month. her name was isela. we use to work together on the queen mary way back in 1998-1999. i couldn't believe she recognized me. i really don't remember talking to her. well, i shouldn't be too surprised anymore....you never know who will come my way again. i'm so bad at recognizing ppl until they stop and talk to me.
dude...i don't know if i ever want to work like this again. i'm working 10 days straight. my body is aching and i'm so tired. i don't know how i'm holding up. there are times when i just want to collapse and then there are times when you might think i'm high on something because i'm just so energetic and so out there....it's weird.
