I must recommend the Akira Kurosawa film I just finished:  Ikiru  Kind of an epic, (to be honest I got it through Netflix in March and just now finished it).  Heartwarming tale of an old fuddy-duddy businessman who gets diagnosed with cancer and finally "gets it."  The acting is all in the main character's facial expressions.  Fantastic film.  Well
