So once again I keep forgetting that I've started writing in this thing again.
Lately I've been having a lot of fun just hanging out and getting things done that need to be done. I've been working on my website, and I finally finished the newest version of it, so check it out :: http://jenniferlynnedesigns.com
I've been hanging out with work friends on Monday nights at Fody's for the past few weeks. We go out and have a good time, since drinks are half-off for the service industry employees. We usually have a good time together...lots of laughs and just having fun hanging out. This past Monday sucked though...wicked lame. A couple of people that I'm not really a fan of showed up, and it was almost like we were split into 2 groups...usually we're just one big group taking over half of Fody's. I hope that next week is better...
Dave is having a party Saturday night at his house...I have a feeling that the cops are going to show up, but it's okay, since its going to be a 21+ party. They only thing that any of us could get in trouble for it having our music too loud. The neighbors will surely call the cops since they are sick of Dave having parties at his house. haha, I think it will be fun...I haven't been to a house party since college!
On another note...work sucks. I haven't been making very much money lately...I need to work more dinner shifts. Hopefully when my sched. for next week comes out I'll get some more dinner shifts. I need to have enough money on Tuesday to pay at least half of my car insurance...I have a job interview on Tuesday of next week, which I'm very excited for. It's for an ACTUAL graphic design position, so I'm hoping that it goes well and I have a job working with her. It's my dad's boss's wife (she owns her own design firm). I'm meeting her at her house to see her studio and where she works. I've heard that their house is amazing...huge and beautiful. They both do very well for themselves. It would be nice to work for a successful privately-owned business. I'm not sure if she has any employees working for her right now, but I hope that I get the job. We have very similar design styles, so I hope that that plays in my favor.
I'm off for now to work on a wedding invitation for my friend's wedding in October.
