Workshop?, Geek Heaven
Working on polishing and making as amazing as possible, two stories for a submission to the Clarion workshop (one of the premier writing workshops for fantasy/science fiction in the country) for this summer. Though it's very iffy as to whether I can take 5 straight weeks off of work for it. And of course it's 50/50 as to whether I would even be accepted (18 slots only) if I could take the time off. We'll see. At least it has given me a writing drive I'd been lacking some lately.
James Marsters (Spike on Buffy) is going to guest star on several episodes of Caprica, the Battlestar Galactica prequel series. Yeah, my geek world pretty much just went to nirvana ;)
Just watched Inglorious Basterds with the family. It was astonishing. And weird.
