this week was ok... friday was rough. reallyy baddd. lets just say that the intern teacher for dance is a loser and she assigned the bad people some important parts and im just p.o.'ed. rahna and i were reallyyyy looking forward to doing the swing dance but no. i got assigned DISCO. barf. and of courseeee she got swing since the freakin intnern likes her. gimme a break. im maddd. and then mom isnt letting me go to Quebec in feb. w/ the french class.. she says its too expensive, too far away (14 hr bus drive, and ya i agree its kinda long but o well), and too cold. o puleezzz its called wear a coat. but joanne and i were going to room together at the hotel and then mom starts going on about how should she know if jo is a "normal person" whatever thats supposed to mean. i mean she knows how picky i am about my friends so shouldnt she trust that i'd choose wisely?? i mean i am a very cautious person and i know that joanne is a whole lot like me, which is why we are friends- and mom thinks that since she just dyed her hair a different shade of red and because she has 2 holes in her ears, that she is a bad person. wow, mom has a lot to learn. and then she gives me and nanci this big speech about how she thinks 2 holes are trashy looking. omg where did this woman come from.??? and this is why christine could never break the horrific news to her mother that she wants another hole in each ear and her cartilage pierced. because dearest mother just might croak and die. ughhh... i dunno what to do with her- :P so anywho, now joanne might not go cause she has no roommate and i feel so bad since its all mom's fault and i really wanna go sooo bad i kno its going to be a blast. but when u have a mother like mine who still thinks ur 10 years old, its kinda hard to go anywhere. ill tell ya, its painful being the oldest. :(
but now onto the good news
Saturday- we spent the entire morning getting ready, then we went to Maggiano's Italian Restaurant for a Fama family reunion/Great-Aunt Mary's 80th bday suprise bash. it was a blast!! i miss seeing my 2nd cousins! they are the best- i neverrr get to see Gina anymore- shes the only cousin i have thats actually my age! lol.. we were best friends when we were little but we started growing apart around age 10... but we had so much fun catching up yesterday... and now we only live like 20 min. away from each other so thats good too... but my cousin michelle is one year younger then me and she looks like shes 18 lol... renee had her baby a while ago and i never got to see her before yesterday but i held her all afternoon haha. Kayla Elizabeth is adorable... she was teething and chewing on everything she could get her hands on haha. and her older brother Greg is 3 and a cutie too.. he was like "i wanna sit on ur lap- i love you, whats ur name?" haha. and Ryan is 5 and so grown up!! and we got to meet uncle nick's girlfriend susan! she seems really nice, so we are all excited! and shes really pretty too... he says shes a keeper! so im looking forward to seeing what happens with this hehe... there were sooo many people there... all my mom's cousins and there kids. it was great! i love my italian family lol... its exactly like My Big Fat Greek Wedding haha... so then after that we went to my grandma's house to eat MORE! lol- and then today im just doing homework...
this week should be good- get out at 11:10 on monday and tuesday... then off school wed.-fri. and im babysitting the little kids up the street, Molly, Michaela, Kian, and baby Rachel on wed.- then thanksgiving on thursday! and friday is my brother joe's 13th bday! omg hes gonna be a teenager. cant believe it lol- then back to richmond to see katie and maggie on sunday! and then BRACES OFF NEXT MONDAY!!!! omgosh ive waited 4 years for this day haha.
