CLEARLY, you're all creative, intelligent, and intuitive individuals. And it just so happens that there's an upcoming event at which you can show off your talents. (on stage or on paper... there will be an art display.) I am more than excited for all of you. Because on March 16th, there is this marvelous event at which you will shine. The catch, you ask? There are two.
1) work must be 100% origional. So no performing Beethoven's fifth.
2) You must fill out a little slip of paper saying what you're doing. If you post here, I'll make sure one gets to you. I'll even personalize it for you.
Here are some ideas to get you rolling...
Peggy- Drum on a series of tin cans and oversized fruits while holding your own personal rave. On stage.
Marguerite- compose a monolouge based on the disadvantages of your non-flip cell phone and resulting woes.
Aislinn- I'm expecting some jellyfish/ shark/ whale impressions.
Stephie- you can just stand on stage and exhude undiluted genius. OR you could whip out a clairinet thing.
Lauren- Speaking of clairinets... *cough*
Brit- Speaking of speaking of clairinets... *cough cough*
Wojo- I'm thinking you can learn and perform yoga before March 16th.
Paula- No horses allowed, but you can compose an oboe piece :)
Jess- I better get some visuals from you. NO JOKE! Maybe even a booth? Talk to me :)
Katie- sing me something! Accompany yourself on the accordian or chimes.
Bridget- throw together some of those freaky irish steppin' thangs!
Amanda- perhaps one of your lovely photographs?
Rikki- I'd like a monolouge on how it felt to be confined to skirts for a whole month
Okay, I'm all out of ideas, but I know that ALL OF YOU are capable of coming up with some. All of ya's! So do it! I <3 all of you, have a good night thinking about all of the cool things you're going to do on March 16th. And don't forget to post if you want me to get a form to you!
