Jumps
She stands in the end of the sparkling blue waterfall
She hears the water crashing onto the rocks so far below
She watches as the moonlight spreads across the forest below
The shimmer of the golden leaves faded by the darkness
She moves closer to the edge and holds her hand out
As the wind begins to pick up, she opens her fist
From her hand flows the colorful flower petals
They swirl around in the wind and slowly sink to the forest
She closes her eyes and takes a deep breathe and walks away
She stops and turns around for one moment and closes her eyes
She hangs her head low, a sadness appears on her face
She lifts her head to the sky and opens her eyes wide
As the rain begins to thunder to the ground, so do her tears
She once again looks out unto the waterfall and it splashes with the rain
She turns to walk away, her head hanging low again
She looks over her shoulder with her tears falling faster
She stops and shakes her head and whispers under he breathe
She turns in a flash and run and leaps off the cliff
She slowly begins to fall into the silver mist around the bottom
She has no idea if she will live or die, she only hopes for one
For she knows now, she is alone in this world
For as many people that surround her in her life
She stands so far apart, all they do is whisper about her
The call her names and ignore her at times
They know nothing of what is right and clear
They see her ways as wrong and too different
They are so set in their ways, they refuse to see they are wrong
As she reaches the bottom, she opens her eyes wide
Waiting to see what awaits her at the bottom through the mist
