(no subject)
Went to Beth El yesterday..I found a new way to walk that was nicer than the other ways. I think that if I went there and not Am, I would never go to shul,because they just draw everything out..forever..and ever...
Anyway, then I came home...ate...slept. Went to Yael's for a while. Rachel called me at like midnight! I was on the phone with her till 2 am, except it was really 1 am...crazyness. Anyway, she told me some sketchy things that josh told her about random things on OA that we didn't know.interesting.
Today I cleaned. Read a depressing book about Israel-it was a novel about a girl who goes out and then marries an interrogater, who is then killed. Halfway through I had this thought that maybe I could be like a secular zionist,really who needs the religious stuff? But then at the end, i couldn't figure out why anybody who didn't have a religious attachment to Israel could care less. It was a good book, and I guess very realistic, but idealistic books are more hopeful.obviously.
