maybe you should start taking some of your own advice and get a life.
Rachel is one of the top swimmers on the L'Anse Creuse girls swim team and shes doing something she obviously loves doing and wants to get better at, which is her business not yours.

We work to get faster at swimming for ourselves, to improve and beat our own times, not anyone elses. If I beat my Personal Record, even if I didn't get first or second or even 3rd, I'm happy with myself because it means I've been working hard at something I love and that work is paying off. You don't keep swimming and try to get faster so you can beat someone, you do it for yourself.
