I still have the never ending cavarn for a nose, but do still feel well.
Monday, I had to haul my butt over to the apartment office, to pick up the invoice for the garden work, so I could get the check - the joys of being treasurer... I also hauled my butt over to the student bank - I ended up walking, as I posted our tax documents to my dad on the way there. I didn't make it back to the office, though, before they closed, so I went there Tuesday morning. Sheril had told me to bring it by, and that they would post it with their check, but no one in the front office seemed to know that, so they took it, and sighingly told me they'd give it to Sheril. I guess she wasn't there at that time.
Our textbook reviews for 398t are due this week. Prof. G told me I could turn it in Thursday, since I'm not there Tues. That's what is going to happen - more because I was sick than anything else. I didn't get a lot of work accomplished this weekend, b/c I slept soo soooo much. I did write out, by hand, a rough draft, which I embellished and supplemented as I typed. I ended up at the correct page count - yay! Now, I've let it sit for about a day, so I can go back and make sure it is somewhat cohesive!
Nadya's student with whom I was working on a regular basis has withdrawn for this semester... sad... she was a good student, the kind you like to have around! But, sounds like this was the best solution for her situation. Hopefully, she'll be back in the fall. Although, I won't be her TA then!
Tonight, after I work at curves, thomas and I will be having dinner with a bunch of regional bigwigs from Macy's. Not a traditional valentines day dinner, but hey... it sounds like fun!
