It Smells Like Fall In SL

Oct 08, 2005 15:04

Have you ever noticed how different October smells than any other month? It really does, I promise.

Alumni band was lame, but I got to see all my SL people that I love and miss. :) Left after halftime thank god cuz yeah, it was COLD and misty and whatnot. Cross asked me how I liked band at Central and I had to break his heart and tell him I wasn't in it. I probably should have lied because he got like this, incredulous look on his face and was like "I thought you were going to do it?!" And then didn't say anything else cuz he moved on to Tammy haha. After that I took Fish home and went over the Angelas where I ate some pizza that was FREE and really good. :) Plus we watched our Prom video haha, which had a frightening ending at Lindsey's Grad party when Mike Potter shoved 41 grapes in his mouth...haha, you shoulda been there. Then we played with a strobe light (I'm not making this up.) and played with camera phones. Yeah, we're lame, get over it. We decided we were tired and pretty much went home. That was the extent of the evening. And so now today I'm sitting here doing laundry and wondering what my plans for the evening will consist of cuz I dunno what I'm gonna do yet. I told Rachel I'd hang out with her but...she's not around that I can find. Lynn and Leslie are doing something later I think. And I called Tammy and she said she'd call me back later. So at this point it's all up in the air I think because...here I sit, ready for someone to claim me! Anyway, it's actually good to be home once in a while. The more often I come back, the less weird it feels, oddly enough. You'd think that after living here for the majority of my life, it would feel more weird now than after the first two weeks of college, but it doesn't. The first time I came home I dunno, I felt out of place. But now it's all good. Much love to you all, if you read this, which you probably didn't, I give you fifteen million points. plus seven, just for being you.
:) Cheer up kids, there's only one life to live.
