**Notes on acct: CM Is extremely difficult to deal with / Insisted that acct was term because she has a snowy screen / refused to allow me to help her resolve issue / Reason for belief: Comcast shut off services once and caused a snowy screen**
word of note: If your DTV service is terminated, you will recieve "Please Call Customer Servie ext 721, 722, 723, 724, 746" based on the type of disconect and reciever you have. it will never just be static.
