-got through training, lasted 3 weeks
-im now that annoying guy that goes "thank you for calling Direct Tv Protection Plan, may i verify the name on the account?"
-the pay sucks, days off suck, callers suck cause any time they call they are angry for the most part, and of course its all MY fault. Yeah, like *im* the one that let your stupid brother spill a corona on the satelite reciever, or its MY fault you were stupid and didnt take the tv off the stand before you tried to move it thus avoiding the tv through the wall syndrom.
3 weeks on the job and ive come to the conclusion. people are addicted to tv, and assholes when shit happens and it goes out. People are also complete morons. and nobody over the age of 65 should be permitted to use a remote control
