Feel the air from the end of the tunnel
So I'm almost done with my essay for transfering to Simmons. It is just a matter of getting it done. I forgot to sign up for Spring classes on Tuesday for here. It just adds to the fact that I should get my ass in gear with handing in everything for Simmons. I am doing relatively good in all my classes except for Sociology, which I finally got a tutor for. Hopefully I will do well on my test that is on next Tuesday for that class.
As of late I actually have started to feel like I'm a decent writer. Everything seems to be falling together. I really enjoy my Intro Literature class because it really has let my realize I can write. I guess all the stuff Parker beat into my head is finally starting to show up on paper. Recently in class we have been learning how to write poetry, which is totally up my alley because it is exactly how my mind works. I think it has something to do with my dislexic tendicies or the fact that I'm a philosophical thinker at heart and I always over analyze things. I will do a separate entry with two poems that I have written. I still have to make a few changes on them, but they are good as they are (I'm just trying to make them better).
