[After going over and over the copy of the Handbook that Manka left in her mailbox. She picks up the phone.]So, is there anyone out there who want to try explaining the "Handbook for New Citizens of Our Glorious and Free Haven for the workers spirit" to me? I've gone over it a bunch of times, but there's a couple things that bug me about it
