Chocolate Phillie
mmmmmmmmmmm...chocolate.
Ya know, this summer has been kind of a dissapointment.
From the lack of hours at work, to my failed attempt at a solo compilation album, its been pretty lackluster. Same goes for the famed high/drunk recording sessions at my home. Bill (main artist I work with, best rapper in the group) really isn't that good at freestyling high and Gierri (white guy) has completely fallen off the map as far as rapping goes. Paul (Bill's brother) is consistent but underrated as usual. Frank J (another white guy) has really had the best freestyles by FAR. Even Bill's jaw was to the floor when he heard Frank rip "Its Yourz" instrumental...
My new neighbors are dickheads, but I can easily evade those fuckers if I want to keep recording. Still one thing there's been far too few of this summer is L Rides.
For the uninformed, and L Ride consists of driving around with a group of people for the sole purpose of smoking marajuana. Its especially fun when the blunt is finished and you're sitting in a parking lot with a instrumental cd on.
Come hell or high water, we're doing it this Friday night. I got the Chocolate Phillie ready and I'm getting some CD-Rs tommorrow.
