I Love O'Charley's
So I think O'Charley's and I are a recipe for One Liners, b/c it's happened the last 2 times I went there. So Monday night I went with my friends Richard, Brian, and Spiggles to eat. So we were sitting there and we got a server named Crystal. So we order and Richard gets a full rack of ribs and fries, Spiggles got like a burger, and so did Brian. I didn't get anything b/c I'd jsut had pizza and wasn't hungry, but I was thirsty as anythin (tired as well and that plays into it). So our food comes and I see Richards ribs, and it was like a rack, plus like 4 ribs extra. And without thinking I say, "That's a nice rack!" Mind you the server was still there! I dunno if she heard me or not but like 5 seconds later when I realized what I'd said I go, "...of ribs." Richard looks at me laughin like crazy and is like, "Yeah good job clearing that up."
So now on to round 2. I go again to O'Chucks tonight, and this time it's with my friends Louie, J Lynn, Stan and Jess. (All guys, and the SAME SERVER) So we order our food and all with random chit-chat and then when we were done she comes up asking about our checks. She walks up and goes, "I take it you're all seperate?" Stan was being covered by Jess and goes, no we're together. And Jess has this thing about people questioning his sexuality and he gets this weird look on his face. The server picks up on it and gets an, "Oh are they GAY??!!" look. So they clear it all up and she walks off. She comes back with the change and is like, "And yours was seperate right? I mean unless you ARE together." That gets a little laugh and as she's walkin away I said (quiet enough to make it seem like I was keeping quiet, but loud enough for all to hear) "It's on the down-low." The entire table just starts rolling on the floor laughing for like 2 or 3 minutes strait. It was soooo funny!
