We Need a Resolution

With the first of the New Year finally here, it’s time to re-evaluate the year behind us and decide what can be done in the year to come to improve our lives. We should always be working on ways to improve ourselves on a day to day basis, but it seems wise to decide on the long term goals at the start of a New Year. LOL @ you and your wax lions.

I'm glad you're especially excited about the writing goals and I hope if/when I start to cry about not being able to make it (cause I know I'll face moments of weakness, it's a given) that you'll tell me to stop crying about it and get busy. Hopefully you and P won't let me fail!

I think you're one of the only ones who liked my "In Review" posts (well P did too, but she wasn't around for all of them). I had fun doing them though so I will definitely be doing them again next year. I think it will be neat to add the weight loss journey to the mix too especially if I succeed. Might encourage others out there trying to accomplish similar goals.

As for my reading plan of attack, I'm just going to say it's already working. I finished 3 of the shorter books last week alone and still managed to get some quality writing complete. I'm really hoping it continues to work that way and luckily I have plenty of thinner books to keep me occupied before I jump into the fatties :) Good luck attacking your TBR pile, I'll be interested in seeing if the technique works for you too!

Thanks for the luck on all my goals. I know you'll be cheerleading for me when I want to give up and I'm already grateful for that quality in you! Can't wait to see what your goals are for 2011. I'm sure whatever they are, you will work hard to accomplish them! :)

No need to "hope"--I most definitely won't let you fail, the same way you won't let ME fail. (Haha!) I have no doubt that P will be the same. You are doomed to succeed. ;)
