Classes started and I'm amazed at how quickly I've been reabsorbed into life in Chapel Hill. Its a Tuesday at 1:40am and I just got back from a bar with classmates. I actually enjoyed this bar. Outdoor atmosphere, cheap drinks, hard cider. I hope that we don't go out to bars too much this semester, but I do want to visit the pub in Durham that serves my old drink.
I have been amazed at how little I've talked to some people lately (namely people not in Chapel Hill). It has certainly been too long since I've talked to some. Phone tag sucks. And text messages aren't the same as talking. I hate that there's so much I want to say and can't. Hate more that there's not really anything I can do about it. I miss certain people. Perhaps they will visit someday or something...
In other news, it is Labor day Monday which means a 4 day weekend. I feel much mayhem will ensue. Oh and text message party next week is going to be amazing. I'm sick of school...but its kind of nice to be back on the Hill.
