this was a wonderful counterpoint to akasha's fic. Very in sync. DB being told he's wonderful but not believing it....I'd wonder myself, if I were him, why he doesn't break through. He's got everything.

“Come back out here, TJ. Come back … out here …”

“Come here and touch me, TJ.

“Please.”

These last three lines were so haunting because I can hear the catch in his voice, the longing, echoing in that empty room. Guh!

This is so...gah. It hurts seeing Dave so fucked up. So desperate. I like that TJ can get up and walk away from it when it's too much for even Dave. I like the vulnerability of TJ even though he's not even really in this. Pretty, Snow, very pretty.
