Spring Break and Updates
Today is officially like the second day of spring break and I'm super excited. I'm not even thinking about all the work I have to do. I get to go to King of Prussia on Tuesday for prom accessories and shoes and I need to hit up the mall for spring clothing. I totally cannot wait for summer time!!!
I've been doing OK recently until all these college letters came. I'll sum up the results right now and I'm not looking for pity or anything because I was expecting my rejections but yeah I'm pretty pissed about getting wait listed.
ACCEPTANCES:
~University of Delaware Honors
~New York University
~Bucknell University
REJECTIONS:
~Columbia University
~University of Pennsylvania
WAIT LISTED: (aka the bitch way of saying "you're rejected")
~University of Virginia
*Just a note, last year 3200 kids were on UVA's waiting list. 145 got off it and into the school.
So yeah I pretty much get to go to UD right now and be a Blue Hen and live at home for the rest of my life because you know they're not letting me live in a dorm. I especially love how none of my friends will be attending UD with me. And honestly I don't see how I can make new ones w/o living on campus... this is what stresses me about college. Never the work or the exams or that silly stuff, the social aspect. Or the lack of it in my case.
But yeah other than college stuff which is all over now I'm pretty good. I'm thinking about maybe getting a summer job this summer. I'll see how I feel in June.
