(no subject)
Today SUCKED. It completely blew. What started out as a supposedly good day went downhill.
I was supposed to get my permit today. Psh, that blew way way up in my face. My dad couldn't find my social security card. But he found my expired passport. Props, pops. That just completely messed me up. I really really really wanted to get my permit today. I even studied during my free blocks and everything. So naturally i started bitching and moaning to my dad. I mean who wouldn't right? Well, he got pissed at me. What kind of a dad wouldnt?
Ok, whatever. So we go to the post office to mail applications for a passport. Did we mail them? Take a wild guess. Just guess. Yeah, it didn't happen. Apparently, they only do passport apps until 2 (Because...______________________________________), which is compeltely unrealistic because who in Newton (stay at home parents non inclusive) is not at work at 2? Psh fuckers.
So basically today sucked. And I'm slightly ammused and surprised at how lightheartedly I'm taking it. I'll finish off with a little moral of the story type connection, cuz I love those and they make me giddy. Recently in English we were talking about working for something, and how a reward for working hard pays off. Don't remember why we were talking about this. So anyway, I figured that the fact that I have to wait until I get my SSN, and by the time i get out to get my permit, I'll appreciate it so much more if I have to wait longer for it, and went through something like this.
