Thoughts on Monster-in-Law pic/Other stuff
I went to see Monster-in-law it tonight. I must say it wasn't bad. Jane fonda, jennifer Lopez and let's not forget Wanda Sykes played their characters well and had me cracking up. The fight scenes were crazy and the mother-in-laws schemes to get rid of lopez were devious. I figured she'd be rid of the potential daughter in no time. But then said daughter finally had enough and pranked the mother back. I really liked Wanda Sykes character she played the twisted sidekick with great enthusiasm. The humor in this movie was fun slapstick. The writers of the movie didn't make me gag, with an overly sugarcoated tearjerker ending.
I don't want to ruin it for those who haven't seen it, so i'll describe one of my fave parts in part. The scene with moms & sidekick in the kitchen a prank involving nuts & gravy/jlo gasping in the dinning room/then the result of said prank on jlo's features had me laughing so hard. I went into silent laughter mode (you know where your cracking up so much that no sound emanates). Well enough of that.

I went to kmart to buy cd's Weezer(the song Beverly Hills hooked me), Will Smith's(the song Switch got me), System of a Down(B.Y.O.B) & Green Day (love song Holiday)).
Anime
just finished watching Samurai Champloo on cartoon network. I just happened upon it today. This episode was good, I'll watch next saturday to. Fave line in this episode "You attend to kill them all. You really are the lowest of the low". Has anyone heard of this series? Is there a manga for it?
