I've got cool news! Um, I came in yesterday to work here (Barbara's) and Mark (her son!) had me doing a ton of things. I listed some houses on the Saginaw Board (online) I typed some letters, I came up with a new letterhead for them and a few other things. I uploaded some more pictures and I'm getting more and more used to answering the phone, and I'm not so tempted to just say "hello" haha. So, its been going better. Anyway, Mark was impressed with how well that I'm catching on and how much I know about computers and common sense I have. I know about filing and stuff because I did all of that for my dad and so I'm used to working in an office because I worked at one for a long time. Anyway, Mark is really impressed and he said that I'm the best 'secretary' that they've had here in a while. Most of them are stupid and don't even know how to answer the phone right. So, he's going to talk to Barbara for me and try to get me a part time job come summer time. He only wants to hire a different girl for while I'm at school then, he wants me to come in right after school and work every day until close. (Which is at 5 or 5:30...depending) So, today, I'm closing by myself most likly. They'll teach me how to do a ton of things and I know its a slow job and I'm not walking around and moving, how sweet would a part time secretary look on a resume vs. burger king!? I'm so happy. The stuff that they have the secretary's do is simple. Like entering information into the computer. You would honestly have to be EXTREAMLY dense to not understand it! You honestly, copy down what someone wrote on a peice of paper into the computer in the exact same format and everything. Sometimes, you might have to reword stuff to shorten it a little...but its that easy. Plus, I've taken all these computer classes so I know a lot about computers and apperentally the other lady didn't because she made this retarted looking Letterhead. Mine is so much cooler!! Haha. lol. Anyway, I'm here until 4:30, then I get to go home and se my baby! lol. He got back from camp today and I'm so happy because I miss him so much. Anyway, what should I tell Sam. She said in her live journal that we're going to get into a fight because she told me the truth and somehow that if she tells anyone the truth they get offended and freak out. Ok, I'm only offended because she told me that I treat her like yesterdays trash and drop her in a second for jerry. Which on one hand is sorta true, if you look at in a negitive way. I mean, Jerry is my boyfriend, and I hang out with him in my spare time - which right now, I don't have to much of because I've got 2 jobs right now, I've gotta babysit and I'm at my moms a lot - which is usually wasted time, because I don't usually go anywhere because I have no way to get anywhere and the only one who cares enough about me to drive out to midland is Jerry. Sammie goes out to midland all the time for venture crew and has yet to drive 5 more miles and come see my moms house for 10 minutes! I'm not asking her to kill herself for me, or to spend the weekend at my house. Just to be a true friend and come out and see my moms new house. I know she is busy...I TOTALLY understand, because I'm busy too. I understand, but I don't know what to do! I cannot win! I've gotta go because I'm going to be leaving here soon! I gtg, byes
