Many years ago, before I moved here, before I met my husband, I was a very social gal.  I was always going somewhere, always with someone doing something.  I had so many friends and we would all be hanging out, going for long drives, going to the mall, going out to the bars/clubs.  I was always busy.  Then I moved from the East Coast, where Ive spent my whole life (24 years) to the Midwest where the only soul I know is my husband.  Soon after I got to meet his family. One younger sister and his parents.  All laid back, chill as fuck people.  Then along the way I met some of his friends, then more family members, then some of his sisters friends, then meeting a few people of my own.  I still only (outside of family and family friends) know just a handful of people. Literally. And Ive been here 7 years this September.  I mostly stay home and only go out and do things with my babe or with his family.

I used to mind this.  I used to cry at night because I wasnt meeting new people at the pace I wanted to.  But now, I really like it.  I mean, I do talk, text, email, and Facebook all my friends old and new, but I dont physically go hang out with them anymore.  Im 31 and quite content being home with my kids (pets) and my babe.  In all these years Ive yet to get bored with him.  He is always making me laugh.  He is antisocial too.  Prefers coming home after work and not doing anything else.  The only time we are social really is if its a holiday then we have to go to his parents house and mingle with extended family.  I love his family.  They are the normal to my messed up and chaotic family.  They accepted me into their lives almost immediately and for that I will forever be greatful.

Its almost 2:30am here and Im craving Neapolitan ice cream hardcore. Thanks period.  Ive done nothing but eat today thanks to my own personal Shark Week.  Thank god we have tons of food.

Speaking of food, I get my homechef order on Tuesday!!!  I ordered 2 portions each of thd kung pao chicken, korean bbq pork chop, and carne asada meals.  Im super fucking stoked to try them!!!

Before ending this journal entry that is all over the place, Id like to wish my super sweet fluffy fatty bunny Buttons a very hoppy birthday/gotcha day!!!  We will never know her real birthday, so we use this day, two years ago from when we brought her home.  4 years old now.  I love her so much.  Shes the most well behaved bunny Ive ever had/met/known.  A few months ago, in a rush to go to bed, I left her cage door opened on accident.  She spent 8 hours free, roaming the livingroom with tons of ways to get injured or into trouble.  Thankfully I saw her in the morning when I went pee and chased her back to ber cage. And thankfull as well we have a camera set up in the living room to monitor our home and pets when we are away.  We watched the footage and she had so much fun being free!  She didnt do a thing wrong.  Didnt go where she wasnt suppose to, didnt chew any cords or wires, and went back in her cage whenever she had to potty instead of going on the floor!  Shes so well behaved.  Banjo, our other female rabbit, is the COMPLETE opposite of Buttons.  Banjo would have pissed and shit everywhere, chewed/ dug up the carpet, destroyed every cord and wire within reach of her little mouth, and lord knows what else.  Thank god it wasnt her who I forgot to lock up.
