Stupidly, during the finishing process I forgot to attach some sort of chain (or buy a chain for that matter), so for the time being it's hanging from butcher string until I get a nice little chain.

Ah. Hmm... I think if were to have one, I'd have to devise a different sort of harness for it as no shirt I'd wear with it would really cover the string/chain. Sew it to a bra or a sports bra or something? That could actually work...
