Sleepless Nights, Gangsters & Second Line
I can't seem to go to sleep lately. So, I stay up watching Boardwalk Empire. If you haven't seen this show, I recommend it. It has a little of something for everyone. Corrupt politicians. Michael Pitt's lips. Sex. Steve Buscemi. Gangsters. Lesbians. Set in the 1920s era. Woman suffrage movement. Prohibition. I'm not going to give a full summary for you. Just watch it.
Recently, I've been wanting insane shoes that I can't afford or walk in. I'm one of those girls that look silly walking in high heels. My brother, James, said it looks like I'm starting a second line because after awhile I start walking on my tiptoes with my hands out to the sides. But a girl can dream, right?
These lovely shoes cost an a whopping $1200. It's no surprise since they are by Steve McQueen. I would love to start a second line in these badass shoes.
