is it possible to fall in love with a song? because when i heard josh turner's new single "would you go with me" i was completely blown away! like, my knees literally went weak. i think i would die of happiness if anyone ever thought to sing those words with me in mind! *lol*
but seriously, did you ever have a song nestle itself in your very soul? and i mean to the point where you could physically feel every note in the music? where the performer's voice wrapped itself around your heart a cozy blanket and made you feel the kind of snuggly warmth that previously could only be found on cold nights with a big oversized mug of hot cocoa cupped in your hands? have you ever felt that?!
i seriously hope you have-- and it doesn't even have to be this song-- my song -- it could be whatever song suited you. but really-- you have to find that song because it is probably one of the best (and at times, perhaps one of the lonliest) feelings in the world. it is completely your own experience that no one will ever be able to fully understand no matter how much you try to explain. words are no substitute for authentic emotion and spirit.
