over due... way way overdue
wow, i've totally been slacking over here... i guess i havent been spending much time at home, let alone on the computer. i think its kinda funny that when things are really calm and there's not too much to report, i always update my LJ at least twice a week, and yet when there are actual things to report, they never seem to make it up here.
classes are keeping me super busy. my education classes are still dumb as dumb can be, but at least i start my field III experiences in a few weeks and that will get me in the classroom!
i've been skiing and boarding at montage almost 6 days a week. i'm actually getting pretty damn spiffy on my board... like "black diamond" spiffy! :o) and i know that's not really all that big a deal, until you consider the fact that i've only been doing it about a month and a half.
let's see... what else? oh! my mom came up to scranton for the super bowl and got to meet tommy's whole family! they absolutely loved each other and i couldn't have hoped for a better "first meeting." i think it's so funny that matt and i dated for over a year and a half and our parents never met, meanwhile tommy and i have been together less than two months and our parents are already friends. *lol*
as for tommy and i... what can i say? i really don't deserve him. i know that sounds so horrible but any of you that have known me for a mildly significant amount of time also know that i am not exactly a "peaches 'n cream" kinda girl. i mean, at times i can be really sweet, etc... but i can also be exceptionally emotional, jealous, moody and a total commitment-o-phobe. regardless, he stays with me and doesn't get upset... it's amazing. nothin' like showing those true colors early on! oh boy.
well that's pretty much it. today i'm finishing my valentine's present for mr. perfect and then class and skiing!!!
