overdue
wow, i'm definitely overdue for an update. intersession is still sucking but at least it's over on wednesday *applause* thank god i never have to do that ever again! tommy and i have been spending a ton of time at Montage, despite the less-than-awesome conditions... but i can't say that's really stopping us from having a good time. see?
yeah, that'd be tommy pullin off an "iron cross" on either the headwall (steep part) of a slope or in the terrain park on a tabletop (jump). i think it have it at an better angle somewhere, but this is the only pic i was able to snatch at the moment. and no, you won't see me doing this stuff on my skis. *lol* it's amazing how much that "no medical insurance" thing calms you down.
however, i did go down a black diamond on my snowboard the other day, which means that i can officially snowboard down any of the terrain on the upper part of the mountain, and a trail or two on the lower part! woohoo! not bad for having only started 22 days ago!
poetic_affinity) and joe (billygnosis) are getting pretty good on their boards as well and i can't wait until they come back up with us to the mountain! i can just see us a few years down the road takin' cute little ski/snowboard trips together. *insert "aww" here*
oh and just for the record because i know you guys are all familiar with my "no kids" stance... maybe one or two or maaaaaaaybe 3 wouldn't be so bad. yup. i just said that.
