Academy Awards and free speech...free speech that kept getting cut off
Adrian Brody is my new best friend...
he demanded more time to speak and since he was so genuine, they gave it to him
he summed up my stance on the war in just a few tearful, heartfelt sentences...support for our troops, sadness over the state of conflict, disagreement and war, and hope for a quick peaceful resolution...
suprised Susan Serandon (sp?) didn't say anything...she probably got reemed beforehand cuz everyone knows she is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy anti-war...but all she did was a peace sign...
woah for the Documentary guys...woah...i'm not quite sure how i felt about that speech...
not over yet...more people biting their tongues...it's not that i want the artists that protest the war to use the Academy Awards as their podium...it's just kind of weird to see how obvious they and their comments have been discouraged, warned, and all but censored...
