Beginning
It started with that dirt on his nose. His mother had rubbed and rubbed, but there it was. Almost like the scar on his new friend’s face, an indicator of who he was, the poor son of a poor family. But she noticed him, despite sitting in a compartment with the most famous boy wizard. He noticed her bushy hair, and her two front teeth. It wasn’t beautiful exactly, but just like she noticed him, he saw her. The years passed by, and even if there was no more dirt on his nose, and Sleakeasy’s on hers, he still noticed.
Middle
He’d always imagined his hair was normal; he was surrounded by eight people with the same ginger locks. But at school it’s a blinking sign, screaming Weasley. On Ginny it was pretty, on Fred and George slightly rakish, but on him, it hung in his face. Till one day, years after he met her, he woke slowly in the hospital wing with her touching his hair almost reverently. “You have the most beautiful hair, did you know that? It fits you so well.” He felt light brushing of lips over his temple, and a small smile came across his face.
End
He stared in fascination at the piercing blue eyes looking at him. They were surrounded by red fuzzy hair, and he couldn’t help but hope it would be bushy. And two teeth would stick out a little bit. His wife pressed her lips into his cheek staring at the two bundles between them. “Those eyes are going to give girls lots of trouble.” “That hair will drive boys crazy.” His wife kissed him and promised to always rub their son’s nose and curl their daughter’s hair. He felt comfort knowing, not only would his kids be noticed, they would be loved.
