That call....
Got that call. He's not getting them this weekend. So it's okay. He said it's not so bad, the roads that is, up where he lives. But down South, between where he lives and he meets us, and up North, between where the boys and I live, and we meet him, they all got hit hard. So for every ones safety, we both decided it's best to not try it. And I'm okay with that.
So I called the mother of a little girl in Mason's class that is having a birthday party tomorrow. Hoping she'll still let Mason come, even though we were supposed to RSVP two days ago. I left her a message on her phone and told her that I wasn't aware that Mason would be in town, that he was not going to his dad's in St. Louis. So hopefully she'll call back and say sure. If not, I'll take them bowling anyway. I clipped free coupons, from Banquet Meal boxes. You know, the frozen meals. I know they are on the t.v. dinners, I'm sure they are on the big family dinner things they have too. It's good for a free game of bowling. And I clipped 4. So plenty. I was going to send them with them this weekend so that Tom could take them blowing. But instead, I guess we'll use em..lol And we will always have more to send with them to Dad's. They are good til May..lol

The little girl in Mason's class, her mommy called back and said SURE!! So now I gotta go to Walmart and buy a present...lucky me..lol But hey. That's gonna be $20 bucks ($10 for her present, and $10 to take me and Tom Tom bowling while Mason is, (which is where the party is, and drinking for me and him) opposed to the $60 I would have spent taking them up there and buying dinner last night on the way up.. Can't complain. Puts an extra $40 in my pocket to pay on a bill. Or better yet, go buy Mason his birthday present!!
