STRESS.
No i dont want to have "Stetson University" on the bumper of my car. I am a junior and im not going to college, much less yours for a full 1.5 years. Thank You. No i dont want to visit your campus in Lousiana. Honestly, i come from Miami. I doubt you have anything better to offer me. Damnit man, i am tired of these stupid college notices.
On top of the pressure to know about college NOW, you have to think before about the SATs. and your Midterms. and the hw on top of that. Oh yes, and since im in IB i have other "CAS projects" and "extended essays" and "group 4's" and every lovely thing that comes along with IB. Is my IB art class, purely paint and drawing fun? No i have to write about everything i do-and tie it in with some cultural aspect, and why and how and when i did my artwork. The point of this? i dont know.
Today was an awful day to say the least. I skipped 2nd period, Spanish to finish Chemistry homework at Bk with my best buds..but that only brought me down because i realized how much i didnt understand bond enthalpies. And so now, i have double the Spanish work. Then in 4th period (art) i am reminded that my watercolor/ink piece is due this thursday. Oh and btw, i only started that today. And 6th period was Chem and that is never fun. I ran out of time during a quiz, therefore i had to guess half of the quiz, which means i most likely failed. This doesnt help my goal in trying to raise my 2.5 B.
And for homework, i have to write +1000 words for my extended essay by tomorrow, read atleast 50(?) pages of Beloved to prepare for a quiz on that. Then i have to do 3 pages of math hw, because ive been slacking..and study for the make up test i failed to maintain a B average and finally, study my notes for a History quiz tomorrow.
and i still have to get my secret santa gift, and drop of my job applications, look at the car i've been eyeing, and write back a lady from south miami hospital so i can actually start community service hours, and maybe start my group 4 project.
