So I haven't updated for well over two weeks and what better way to start updating again than with an adventure with two of my favorite people against some other cool people.
Once upon a time...
It all started when the Little Hut called me asking me out to Starbucks. Innocent as the night started it would not end in the same fashion. Upon arrival I met Big Hut and Mr. Marc Langston. We chatted for about half an hour or so. Langston and I discussed University of Delaware and American University. Langston declared in a hushed tone that at George Washington, I believe, if you wanted to date a non-Jewish person then your chances were not in your favor. As the night progressed Tara informed Frances that her presence was mandatory. She came and Langston and Big Hut left. Well Tara was up for something of any sort tonight and being indecisive as we often are decided to chalk. We hit South Pershing wishing a girl luck with her collegeness. Then not knowing exactly which how Langston resides in we called Big Hut for help. She was not helpful. However, she did divulge the correct address when we doubted the reliability of it. Somehow everything went to hell from here, even though it just made things more perfect for us.
We decided to leave Langston's house alone since we would be humiliated if we hit the wrong one. We proceeded to Rock Chalk Jayhalk at the Applegate's residence. After doing so we decided to drop in and say a fond hello. The Mrs. informed the trio that they had just left saying that someone's house was to be TPed. We were shocked and then everything fell into place.
We left for Cyprus Street and told Peggy of our love for her written in pink chalk among other Nutcracker references. We made a side trip to the Smith's. After this the other group headed by Langston (I'm sure) wanted to arrange a meeting. Knowing that they were waiting for us we decided to lure them away from the safety of College Hill into Sycamore Village. We were to meet at a park near the Applegate's. Upon arrival we noticed motion and the turning off of lights inside; things were not in the right. We dashed back to the cars only to be followed by Langston and his gang. Steiner sped off before me and unfortunately for her turned left. I drove on stowing my car in a not so hot place, but at the time I simply wanted to return to the mischief. As it turned out Langston's gang cornered Steiner and Little Hut in the Honda and sprayed it with perfume or some other form of smelly stuff as well as shaving cream. I crashed into the back seat as we raced off to clean Steiner's car as it was her dad's. A big no no on the Langston gang's part. We lost them in Lakepoint as they most likely were trying to head us off at the exit. We turned around the way we came in and hurridly cleaned the car. Then realizing my car was abandoned we scurried to my Explorer. Clearly I should have tucked it away at Perleburg's but logic was not the voice in my head at that point. They had shaving creamed it. So we took Little Hut home and returned to my car to clean it as well.
The funny thing is all they know that we did was chalk the Applegate's. We had not TPed anyone to their knowledge. Of course once we realized they were trying to corner us and do something to us we decided a preemptive stike was in store for Langston. We entered Dillons and purchased 30 rolls of Toilet Paper. Then as quickly as possible and all the while telling the Langston gang that we were lost we HIT! It was b-e-a-utiful. Little Hut has photo documentation. We've yet to hear from Langston's gang about the TPing job, but I'm sure they'll find out shortly. I must say though, this was an interesting night.
Starbucks --> Chalking --> Stakeouts --> Planning --> TPing --> Tagging --> Car Chases--> Cleaning --> Watchful Eyes
(Oh the influence GH has on us)
Post Script: I don't know if I can say "The End"
