ATTENTION EVERYONE WHO IS IN THE WICHITA AREA!!!!
Apparently there are 2 convicted felons on the loose. They were last seen in Wellington after kidnapping a woman. They have no idea where they are now, they came up from Oklahoma. The authorities are worried that they will carjack or kidnap again so be careful!! Lock your car doors right away and practice safety since one is a killer and the other a rapist. A wonderful combination. BE ON YOUR GUARD. Just a friendly warning and I hope you all stay safe.
