She can have sex. You know, Safe sex, often absent in smut but it happens from time to time xD I'm actually working on a fic with Mia and Jason talking about safe sex with probably could have gone before this but I had this written and not that *shrug*

No, I mean, seriously. It's a bit unreal that in a world with a woman who can make anything happen just by speaking backwards they still haven't found a way to cure illnesses.

Yeah I agree, I know when the Teen Titans were sneaking around Luthor's stuff during Infinite Crisis Mia was like "If you see a vile labeled Luthor's secret HIV cure tell me" But it is a good point. It's the same argument about Babs walking or not walking, they probably don't make it happen because Mis is like the ONLY HIV positive character who isn't around just to die to teach everyone about HIV.
