my last weekly challenge failed: my period left me bloated for days, and though i've lost weight, it wasn't enough. so, time for a weight log and another weekly challenge to start tomorrow.

weekly challenge: liquid fast [20.JUL.2008-27.JULY.2008]
- 200CAL breakfast; 200CAL dinner
- hot tea, water, vitamin water
- no energy drinks, maximum two cups of coffee per day

weight log [19.JUL.2008]: 105.5lbs
STGW: 100lbs
