Here's the update..
Much more has been going on since I added the prayer request for my family. ::Sighs:: Here we go..
Last night my grandad fell out of his bed. He wasn't hurt real bad or anything, but my mom and I couldn't get him on his feet because he just had surgery on his arm to prepare him for kidney dialysis. We had to call the paramedics to get him up, after they left, it only got worse. He didn't know where he was, who we were, or basically anything about what happened. He's still real confused, which is the Alzheimer's, but it's very painful to see him like that. He can't be left alone anymore. He can hardly walk, and he can't do hardly anything by himself anymore.
My mom's found a position at another AmSouth Bank branch that is hiring 6-11 p.m. which would be great if she got it. Please pray that she is hired. This job would enable her to stay home w/ him, and when I'm home, she'd be working. He wouldn't be alone during the day.
I got fired from Sonic today. Very saddened by that, but I understand. I'd been calling in b/c of my grandad and school lately, and my manager needed to know if I was gonna be able to keep up such a fast pace. Of course, I did need to quit, but it's gonna make it very hard on my family now considering I was supporting my family and my mom hasn't officially gotten hired yet. I was hoping to wait until after Louisville to quit so I'd have some money for that. Can't promise I'll be able to make it to Louisville now, but I'm still hopeful.
My mom's Diabetes is getting a bit better, she's up and about more now, but she's still very tired and sick.
We're both still sick, and getting worse since the cold is moving to our chest. Please pray that we can be strengthened and be healthy again soon.
Above all, please pray that God's will be done in all of this and that my mom and I are strong enough to handle all this and what's to come.
