WOO!
I'll start out with the great news:
I'm moving to Gadsden by the end of the month! I have a girl in my classes that needs a roomate, and it's worked out perfectly. The apartment is too cute, too. Three bedrooms, two baths, upstairs, new carpet and paint. I love it. I can't wait to have my own *actual* room and bathroom. :) It's gonna rock! :)
The bad news:
The doctors are saying my carpal tunnel is progressively getting worse. It's now to the point of it being a severe case in both wrists. The doctors have suggested that I have corrective surgery as soon as I possibly can, and my captioning professor believes I should as well. Of course, many of you know that I've never had a broken bone, surgery, stitches.. nothing, and I'm pretty shaken up about the thought of needing surgery. I can't miss any school due to recovery so I'd need to have the surgery by the end of the month, which is when I'm moving, because I have three weeks of break before I start the summer semester. I wouldn't be able to work for at least three weeks so I wouldn't have that month's rent. If I end up putting it off to December, I could have it during Winter Break, but I'd have to miss the tournament.
I'm putting this into God's capable hands and I'm asking you all to please pray about it and whatever happens is for a reason.
