I like my new apartment, (WARNING RANT COMING ON) but the management is trash! They won't do anything, and they sure won't commit to even telling you a day by when they will take care of things that should have been done without asking before I even moved in!! I have locks that I don't have keys to for goodness sake!! I tried to just get them to give me the day that they could get to some of the work that needed to be done, I didn't even ask them to do it by a certain time, just to tell me when they foresaw getting to it... and the manager tells me "We gave you new carpet and new tile and if you aren't happy with the apartment then we will let you break your lease!" BTW the carpet was almost worn through to the pad throughout the apartment and cut through to the pad in a couple of places and the tile was cracked and coming up, so basically they did what should have been done before I even moved in! But she chose to state this as if it was a favor to me! Stupid-heads!! Anyway, thanks to my parents we took care of half the things that needed to be done and the apartment is in good working order now. Please pray that God will do something about this management... hopefully replace the whole lot of them, but simply getting them to do what needs to be done would be nice.
