I guess I should update this thing :)
Hi All,
I am doing great and the summer is going smoothly. I took my incredibly hard exams after finals week and passed with a Ph.D pass on the Algebra and a Master's pass on the Analysis, so I will be studying and taking the Analysis again in August.
Chris and I found a house and have been in it for about a month now. It's perfect and we love it! We're still working on getting everything put up and in its proper place, so it's a work in progress, but hey we are making progress and that's what counts :)
My brother, Carl, was married on June 2, 2007 in Florida where he and his new wife, Janine, now live. Chris and I were both in the wedding, so after about a week after moving into our new home we went to Florida and did a lot of work helping them pull everything together and then enjoyed the wedding. We also went to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure while we were out there. It was a good time (for the most part, there were some very stressful moments from time to time, but hey that's a wedding :)) and we arrived home safely.
I am teaching this summer at OU and also working 20 hours a week at OCCC (otherwise known in these parts as O'trip). Thus, we are very busy this summer but still finding time to enjoy our new home and neighborhood. We have some great neighbors that we've already made friends with and the neighborhood is very nice as a whole.
