The laundry machines at this house are almost as old as the house. Lol. It is kinda nuts. The previous owner told me that there was a trick to the washer... which I think I figured out. It doesn't spin out and you have to open and shut the lid. Easy enough. Stairs are good for my thighs anyways
Well, when I went to open the lid, I noticed the water was black. I was washing light colors, so it wasn't I was thinking that was kinda odd and thought it might be related to the "clay" I found in the bottom of the washer after the last load. Seriously - the only way I can describe it is "clay".
Sure enough, after this load, there was more "clay" on the bottom of the washer... and when I swiped it out and touched it... it sure enough was pretty damn clay-like.
The laundry smells nice though. I have no idea how clean it actually is. The laundromat looks like a nice place to visit soon.
