WOOT WOOT WOOT!!!!!
Alright, I have LOTS of good news today!! First, I got a job! Yeppers. The whole landscaping thing didn't work out, but I had an application in for Sahlen's Packing Co. They called me today so I went in for the interview. Yadda yadda. Starts out at $8.50 for the first thirty day probationary period and then goes too $11.00 an hour. Average week is 45-50 hours. Then, after about 6-8 months of employment, I'll be making $19.45 an hour! Not too bad for a summer job...
The other great news is we got a house!!!! My best friend Tammy and I are buying a house and the house we went to go look at accepted the bid! I'm so pysched! It's only about 10 minutes from home, 5 minutes from the bar I'll ALSO be working at and is in a great neighborhood. Three bedrooms, furnished basement, fireplace, two car cinder block garage, private backyard...I'm stoked!
*Catches breath.* Phew. So yeah, I'm really excited. I'm going to go start packing now. LOL
