Crib is ordered!
So Jay's PELL refund check came in today... and with bills paid, we did manage to have enough left to at least order the baby crib and changing table :)
Here's the catalog shot of both pieces.
Pretty good deal ~got the crib, mattress, and changing table for $400.
We got it shipped to our local catalog dealer that way shipping would be freeeee~ <3 The lady at the dealer said it should arrive in about a week but to give it at least 2. I'm excited :)
My check didn't come in because I was selected for financial aid verification... sucks. I have to take my tax return up there tomorrow and let them check them out. So lame. I hope they get everything sent back in and get that check to me before too long because it has to buy the rest of the baby's stuff.
My mom told me that since she's off this weekend, she'll buy the paint for the baby room and help me paint! Jay's been wierd about me painting the nursery... the walls are white... like blindingly... Annelise is going to think she's in a mental hospital.
His whole thing is this. How we found out about this house is because he'd been commissioned to fix this place up by our landlady. Found out the rent was way low for a house this nice so in we moved lol. He's the one who painted the walls in every room. Guess it hurts his feelgoods to have to repaint over such fresh paint. OH WELL. He'll get over it.

Off topicness: Don't watch vaginal birth deliveries while you're pregnant... it's unsettling to say in the least.
