"I will not take these things for granted..."

Another semester overwith!  I think I've actually passed all of my classes, and the highest grade is in....((Drumroll))...Statistics!  Weird.  How often does that happen and to whom?!? Answer: not very often, but apparently to me.  So that's a happy thing.

Last Friday I hopped a plane out of Idaho Falls to begin my journey home.  After three hours of sitting in an airport and two more hours of sitting in a small seat with a middle aged man who had indescribable breath, I was home!  Of course, that only lasted two days before I had to leave for Illinois to attend my best friend's wedding.  Such good times though!  It was absolutely lovely! Of course I broke down when she came out of the temple... partly because she looked so gorgeous, and partly because she has a new best friend.  Anyway it was worth the trip and after an intense drive, I'm back in Oklahoma.  Now I need to make that dress before her reception next week!!

So I've had a bad cold the last few days, and I've gotta say...I'm becoming a fan of these medications.  Anything that can cause "drowsiness" and "excitability" at the same time has got to be well worth the swallow.  Man, I'd better get healthy quickly before I get too attached to the stuff!!

Have a beautiful week!  Merry Christmas!!! (I can say "Merry Christmas" because I myself am a christian, and saying it does not mean that I'm forcing anyone to believe what I do.  I am merely expressing my own beliefs in order to spread cheer.  Why would someone be offended by that?!?  I wouldn't mind one bit if someone were to say "Happy Hannukah, Ami!"  I would simply say "Why thank you! And a Merry Christmas to you!")
